Beginning in September we'll meet at The Neighborhood Guild
(325 Columbia Street, Peace Dale)
to make handmade items to send around the world.

To support the Mother Bear Project, we'll knit or crochet teddy bears to send to children who suffer from HIV/AIDS and live in emerging nations. (www.motherbearproject.org)

We'll create greeting cards for our men and women in the Armed Services as part of Operation Write Home. (www.operationwritehome.org)

Knitting or crocheting hats for newborns in various countries around the world through Knit One, Save One is another charity option.
